Suze's Dill Yoghurt Dip
This dip recipe was originally design to accompany our Courgette Feta Fritters, but we loved it so much we decided to try it with some BBQ dishes and it does the job very nicely!
Ingredients:
200g Full Fat Greek Yoghurt
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Clove Garlic, minced
20g Dill, finely chopped
½ tsp Salt
Simply combine everything in a bowl and serve as desired!
