DELIVERY Terms

All orders placed will begin shipping on the next Wednesday, i.e. if you place an order on Friday, your first delivery will dispatch the following Wednesday and if you place an order on Tuesday, your order will dispatch the following day. Orders currently dispatched via Royal Mail, but are fully insulated to ensure total freshness.

Payment Terms

For online and telephone orders, we will debit your credit/debit card at the time of placing the order. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order within our specified delivery terms we will offer you a full refund.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of fresh watercress bunches being perishable, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. We have a really high standard for all our deliveries, however sometimes things go wrong once they have left our hands – if, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your delivery or subscription, please get in touch immediately at: info@thewatercresscompany.com.

We will happily replace any fresh delivery that is below standards, but please do take photos upon opening and get in touch straight away! If your delivery is delayed by the courier, please contact us to inform us as this may impact the quality of your delivery and we will be able to investigate on your behalf.
