Kimchi Sourdough Toastie

Ingredients:
Your favourite Kimchi – we don’t think you can beat Weymouth51 Kimchi!
2 Slices Swiss Cheese
2 Slices Sourdough Bread
Handful of watercress
Butter
Method:
Butter all sides of the bread. Lay the cheese down first, before adding as much kimchi as your heart desires! Top it with the watercress.
Heat a pan over a medium heat and lay the sandwich down, you can flatten it with a spatula while it cooks. Once it is golden brown, flip it and allow the other side to cook. (You can always stick it under the grill for a minute or two if the cheese needs a little longer to melt)
Cut in half and enjoy!
