Cheap Eats: Sausage and Champ
Serves 4 | 91p per portion
Ingredients
8 pork sausages
1kg Potatoes, chopped
4 Spring Onions, chopped
150ml milk
80g butter
80g Watercress, chopped
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 and cook your favourite sausages for the recommended time, usually around 25mins.
Meanwhile, boil your potatoes in a large pan until soft. Remove from the heat and ass the milk and butter – mash together before adding the spring onions and watercress. Give it a final mix to combine.
Serve!
